Alfonso Efra\u00edn \u201cPiccolo\u201d Mar\u00edn Delf\u00edn, desde el primer minuto en que comenz\u00f3 el temporal, se activ\u00f3 el plan local para monitorear los reportes ciudadanos que, se concentraron en zonas como la colonia Santa Leticia, sobre la carretera federal C\u00f3rdoba-Ixtaczoquitl\u00e1n y en la prolongaci\u00f3n de la avenida San Marcial.<br>Con elementos a su cargo y el apoyo del grupo &#8220;Primeros Respondientes&#8221;, Cruz \u00c1mbar, Bomberos A.
